The default status for a task is Not Started. To change the status, click on the dropdown on the top right corner to select the task's current status.
Note that a parent task will not have the option to change to a Completed status until all the subtasks are completed first. Additionally, a parent task or a subtask cannot be marked as duplicate, hence this status will not show in the status dropdown.
There are six system default statuses available in Xebrio -– Not Started, In Progress, Completed, Duplicate, Deferred and Blocked. Project owners can also add customized statuses, which are created and added to a project in the Project's Settings menu.
Users will need view and edit permissions in tasks to perform this action. Depending on the user's project permission settings, they may be able to view all project tasks or just a subset. Watchers specifically added to the task will be able to view it.
