Create a test plan

A test plan can be created in the project's Test Plans secondary tab under the Test Coverage primary tab. Click the New Test Plan button. Add a title for the test plan and press return/enter or click on the Save button. The title can be edited later, if needed. 

Users will need view and edit permissions for test coverage to perform this action.
