Add a new test case step

In the test case details window, find the step where the new test case step will go above or below. Click the arrow next to the step and select either Add step above or Add step below. After selecting, a row for the new test case step will be created. This button is available at each step for test cases in Draft status. 

Users will need view and edit permissions for test coverage to perform this action.
