Edit the test case owner

In the test case details window, click the owner button on right of the window. Select the desired member from the dropdown.

Users will need view and edit permissions for test coverage to edit the test case owner. 

If the user you would like to assign as the owner does not appear in owner dropdown, please ensure the following:

• You have the proper permissions. Depending on the settings of your project permissions, you may be able to view all project members or just a subset of them. 
• The member you would like to assign as the owner is added to the project as a project member. 

You may confirm either of the above with a project owner who can manage project permissions and project members.
