To delete an enhancement request (ER), navigate to the specific requirement, and then to the requirement's Enhancement Requests tab. For the ER to be deleted, click on its vertical menu on the right side of the row and select Delete in the dropdown. This will permanently delete the ER.
ERs cannot be deleted if it is included in a version that has a status other than Draft. If the ER is included in a version where the status is Draft, it will need to be removed from the version first in order to be deleted. In the specific version, select Remove from this version. Enhancement requests can only be removed from a version if its status is Draft. Once removed, then it can be deleted.
Users will need to have project permissions to view, edit and delete in the requirement to perform this action. Depending on the settings of the user's project permissions, they may be able to view all the project requirements or just a subset of them. Users added to a specific requirement as a contributor, reviewer or co-owner will be able to view it.
