Add a bug in a milestone

In the Milestones tab and the Bugs secondary tab, click the New Bug button to add a new bug to the list. 

Users will need view and edit permissions in Bugs to create a new bug for a milestone. Additionally, depending on a user's project permission settings, they may be able to see all the project bugs in the list or just a subset of them.
