Activating a user can be done in the admin module by users with admin access. Navigate to the Users tab. Each user's activation status is shown in their row, under the status column. A deactivated user will have the following status icon: .
Click on the vertical menu for the deactivated user, and click Activate. An activation link and instructions will be sent to the user's provided email address. The user will need to follow the steps in their activation email to complete activation.
A deactivated user will not be able to log into Xebrio.
If the user is not in the list, an admin will need to add them as a new user first.
