Changing the resource workload views in the project dashboard

There is a graphical view and a tabular view for the resource workload dashboard. In the graphical view, you can view the breakdown of each users overall progress based on complete/incomplete items in the project (tasks, bugs, milestones, requirements, test sessions, etc). The tabular view shows the numerical breakdown of tasks, bugs, and requirements by status and user.

The project dashboard is visible to project owners.
