Permissions for milestones

Any active project member can view the project milestones. Entities that can be linked to milestones will depend on a user's project permissions. 

• Project ownership - Any active project member can create a milestone. By default, the milestone creator is the milestone owner. The milestone owner or a project owner an update ownership to another project member. The list of members available to a user to choose from will depend on which users they are able to view. 
• Edit milestone
  • Milestone owner and project owner  can update start and due date, title, owner
  • Project member can update description
• Delete milestone
  • Milestone owner and project owner delete a milestone if there are no entities added to it
• Tasks - The list of tasks to choose from will depend on a user's permissions in the Tasks module
• Bugs - The list of bugs to choose from will depend on a user's permissions in the Bugs module
• Test sessions - The list of test sessions to choose from will depend on a user's permissions in the Test Coverage module
• External Items - The list of items from external apps, such as Jira, will depend on a user's permissions in the Tasks module
