Permissions for specification templates

Access to specification templates features is based on a user's permissions, which can be modified by a Project Owner in the Members tab under a project's primary Info tab. 

Below is an outline of the permissions available for specification templates: 

• View Access - User with Public view access to the requirements module will have the Specification Templates tab available
• Edit Access - User can create templates and import specification templates
• Delete - User can delete specification templates
