Permissions for text templates

Access to the text template feature is based on a user's permissions, which can be modified by a Project Owner in the Members tab under a project's primary Info tab. 

Below is an outline of the permissions available for text templates: 

• View Access - User with any level of viewing access to the requirements module will have the Text Templates tab available
• Edit Access - User can create templates and edit existing text templates
• Delete - User can delete text templates
