There are two methods of two step authentication available:
- Mobile using an authenticator app
In the top right corner, click on the user avatar. In the dropdown, the following options may appear:
- 2FA (Email) - Indicates authentication with email is enabled
- 2FA (Mobile) - Indicates authentication with the authenticator app is enabled
- 2FA - Indicates two step authentication is not enabled
Alternatively in the drop down, click My Profile to go to the user details. In the Two Step Authentication section, the authentication method will be displayed with a green toggle button to indicate that method is enabled.
Contact your system Admin if you have any issues with two step authentication.
