There are two methods of two step authentication available:
- Mobile using an authenticator app
If one method is already enabled and you wish to change to the other, click on the user avatar on the top right corner and choose My Profile in the dropdown. In the Two Step Authentication section, if one method is already enabled there will be a Change Authentication Step button.
Going from Mobile to Email, enter in the one time password (OTP) sent to the email. Once verified, it will now read Email with an enabled toggle button in the Two Step Authentication section.
Going from Email to Mobile, scan the code with the Google Authenticator app and enter in the 6 digit code provided by the app. Note that the authenticator app will change the code after a certain number of seconds. Once verified, it will now read Authenticator App with an enabled toggle button in the Two Step Authentication section.
