There are two methods of two step authentication available:
- Mobile using an authenticator app
If one method is already enabled and you wish to change to the other, click on the user avatar on the top right corner and choose 2FA in the dropdown to go to the Security and Authentication screen. In the Two Step Authentication section, if one method is already enabled there will be a Change Method button.
Going from Mobile to Email, enter in the one time password (OTP) sent to the email.
Going from Email to Mobile, scan the code with the authenticator app and enter in the 6 digit code provided by the app. Note that the authenticator app will change the code after a certain number of seconds.
Contact your system Admin if you have any issues with two step authentication.
