Request an admin to disable your two step authentication / two factor authentication (2FA)

A request to disable two step authentication can be done during login. There is an option to do so after entering in the username and password. The next screen will request a code from the authentication method, but there will also be an option at the bottom which reads Request to disable Two Factor Authentication (2FA). Click this to have a request sent to an Admin. When an admin has disabled the 2FA, a notification will be sent to the requesting user's email. 

 

 

Note that if an Admin is requesting 2FA to be disabled at login, there must be another assigned Admin to whom the request will be sent. If the only system Admin is requesting to disable their 2FA at login, Xebrio support will need to be contacted (support@xebrio.com).
