Disabling a user's two step authentication / two factor authentication (2FA) as an Admin

An admin may disable a user's 2FA in the Admin module under the Users tab. For the specific user, if they have 2FA enabled, they will have a lock icon under the 2FA column. Click on the user's vertical menu and select  Disable Two Factor Authentication and click Yes on the following confirmation window. The user will receive an email that their 2FA was turned off.
