Permissions for linking Jira projects and GitHub repositories

Project owners can link projects from Jira and GitHub repositories to their Xebrio projects by navigating to the Info tab and then to the External Apps secondary tab. Note that system Admins will first need to enable Jira and GitHub integration for the system before project owners can link from those apps to their Xebrio projects.
