Sync or update the Jira issues linked to a requirement

If there are Jira issues linked to a requirement, the Jira issues can be synced to update the Jira details in Xebrio. To do this, navigate to the specific requirement's detail window, and make sure the correct requirement version is chosen.  Click on the task icon on the right side vertical menu.

If Jira issues are linked to the requirement version, they will be listed in this window. To sync only one specific Jira issue,  click the sync icon  for that specific task.

To sync all linked Jira issues at once, click the  button above the list of tasks. 

Alternatively, the sync icon   is also available in the details window of every Jira linked issue.

Depending on a user's project permissions, they may be able to view all the project requirements and linked Jira issues, or only a subset of both. Users will need view and edit permissions in the requirements and tasks modules to sync Jira issues, and will need access to the Jira project for which those issues are linked. Project owners manage the Xebrio permissions for project members.
