View or export a pdf of a single or multiple requirement entities in a single document view

Requirements in project can be viewed as a single document by navigating to the Manage Requirements secondary tab under the Requirements primary tab.

To export the whole requirement tree hierarchy into a single document view, click on the Import/Exportdown-arrow-fill.svg button and select export-pdf.svgExport all as a document from the dropdown.

To export a portion of the hierarchy or just one object, right click on the item in the tree view, select export-pdf.svgExport, and then export-pdf.svgExport as a Document. This will generate a document view for that item and its subitems.

During export, there will be options to show or remove object context prefixes (such as REQ-1 or FLD-1) and the generated signature (date and time stamp, name of user who exported the file).

Users will need project permissions to view the requirement module in order to perform this action. Depending on the settings of the user's project permissions, they may be able to view all the project requirements or just a subset of them. Users added to a specific requirement as a contributor or reviewer will be able to view it. If a user does not have access to a requirement, it will read No Access in the document view.
