Requirement version traceability

Each requirement will have a Traceability tab where a view of linked builds, test cases, and raised bugs associated to final requirement versions are shown. Note that only finalized requirement versions will show traceability data if present. 

Within the traceability tab are 3 secondary tabs:

• Builds - List of builds which the selected requirement version is executed.
• Test Cases - List of test cases that the selected requirement version is linked to and which were executed in builds.
• Bugs Raised - List of bugs raised against the test cases for the selected requirement version. 

Users will need project permissions to view the requirement. Depending on the settings of the user's project permissions, they may be able to view all the project requirements or just a subset of them. Users added to a specific requirement as a contributor, reviewer, or co-owner will be able to view it.
