Requirement breadcrumbs

When in the requirement Tree View, the details window for each item will have navigation breadcrumbs, which appear as before the requirement ID and title. When is clicked, a dropdown will open to show the root level at the top following any lower levels below it. Clicking on a level will redirect you to that folder or requirement.  

Users will need at least view permissions in requirements to access this feature.
