Bugs associated (linked) to a build execution

If a bug is linked to a bug execution, the build information will be shown in the bug's details window above the Description. Bugs created from a build execution, such as from a failed test case, will remain linked and associated. For traceability, once a bug is created from a failed test case it will not be able to be removed or disassociated. The test case will need to be re-tested.
