Enable or disable Jira integration in the system

Admins can enable or disable Jira integration in the Admin module under the External App Integration tab. 

To enable Jira integration, activate the toggle button for Jira so that the button is green . To disable, deactivate the toggle button so the button is grey . 

When enabled, Jira can be linked in projects under the project's Linked Projects tab.
