Downloading reports as CSV files

Reports can be downloaded as CSV files.  Users will need access to the respective modules to download these reports. 

• CSV file for Requirement Reviewer Status Tracker - The requirement reviewer status tracker can be dowloaded as a CSV file. With the Requirement Reviewer Status Tracker report open, click the Download as CSV button. A .csv file will be downloaded to your machine. Note that only requirements with statuses of Waiting for Review and Changes Requested are considered in the report. If there are no project requirements with these statuses, then the Download as CSV button will be inactive.

• CSV file for Task or Bug Creation Reports - A task or bug creation report can be downloaded as a CSV file if there is data available for the timeframe shown. With the appropriate report open, click on the Download as CSV button. A .csv file will be downloaded to your machine. If tasks or bugs were not created in the timeframe selected, there is no data and therefore the Download as CSV button will be inactive.

• CSV file for tabular Time Tracking Reports - The tabular representation of total time spent by task type or bug types can be downloaded as a CSV file. With the appropriate report open, click on the Download as CSV button. A .csv file will be downloaded to your machine.
