The generated signature shows the time and date the report was generated and the user who generated the report. The details can be removed from the report during export. After clicking on the Export as Document button to open a preview in a new browser tab, click the settings icon and de-select the option for Show generated signature. Click continue to save these settings.
This setting is not saved, so users will need to de-select this option for each report exported if needed.
Users will need access to the respective module to export documents and change these settings.
