Shortcuts are available from the left side main vertical menu, as the icon. This feature provides access to several mostly utilized options. Click on the icon to expand the list of available shortcuts. Click on the desired shortcut to start.
The following are the currently available shortcuts:
Add Time Entries - Add time entries to tasks and bugs for which the user is an assignee or watcher; add time entries to requirements for which the user is owner/co-owner/contributor/reviewer
Add Requirement - Add a requirement by selecting the project in the dropdown and providing a title
Add Task - Add a task by selecting the project in the dropdown and providing a title
Add Bug - Add a bug by selecting the project in the dropdown and providing a title
Add Projects - Add a project by providing a title. This shortcut will not be available to users assigned to a vendor organizations.
Add Users - Add a user by selecting the new users organization and providing an email for the new user. Admin access will be provided to the new user if the box for the user is checked.
The shortcut options will not be available to members of vendor organizations if they are not part of a project. Users part of internal organizations and who are not a member of any project yet will only have the shortcut to add a project.
