Tags and creating custom tags

Tags can be used to categorize or otherwise label bugs, tasks, and other elements within Xebrio. Custom tags are for creating a customized labeling mechanism specific to the project.

Existing tags may be included or excluded in a project. Project owners and those with permissions to configure project settings will have access to the project's Settings tab. To view the tags included in the project, navigate to the project settings menu and then to the Tags secondary menu. In this window, click on the Included in Project button to view all the tags included in a project. To remove tags from a project, uncheck the box for that tag.

Click on the Excluded from Project button to view the tags excluded from the project. To include them in a project, check the box for that tag.

There are several methods to create custom tags. Within the project, there will be areas where tags can be added (i.e. for a requirement or task), such as in the details windows of tasks/bugs or in the info.svgInfo tab in the right side vertical menu in a requirement details window.

Custom tags can also be created in the system's settings.svgSettings menu located in the left main vertical panel. Navigate to the tag.svgTags secondary menu and click on the New Tag button to begin creating a new tag.
